  • Road flagging certification
  • OSHA 10 certification
  • First Aid / CPR certification

PACT is a formally recognized apprenticeship preparation program by the Washington State Apprenticeship & Training Council.

PACT Certifications

Our Flagging, Forklift Operation, OSHA 10, and First Aid/CPR certification classes are part of the PACT program curriculum and may also be taken as stand-alone classes through the Continuing Education Office.

Flagging Certification: Learn how to establish and maintain a safe traffic flow in a construction zone and understand both hazardous and safe behaviors involved in a variety of flagger situations. Students must take a final test to receive their Washington state flagging certification.

Forklift Operation and Certification: Study the functions and parts of a forklift, OSHA forklift regulations, safety habits in forklift operation and the proper picking, placing and moving of a variety of loads. Both the written and drive tests must be taken and passed in order to receive the Washington State three-year forklift operator certification.

First Aid/CPR Certification: Through our first aid certification class you'll learn how to respond to specific situations, which will help you care for people in crisis as they wait for medical professionals to arrive.

OSHA 10 Certification: The OSHA 10 course is intended to provide an entry level construction worker's general awareness on recognizing and preventing hazards on a construction site.
