Residential Construction
In the Seattle area, demand for workers with residential building skills is high, and jobs can pay well and lead to full careers. The Residential Construction program offers hands-on career training and also prepares students to take Washington State's NOCTI Carpentry Basic Certification exam to earn a professional certificate.
Gain knowledge, skills and experience in residential construction, including carpentry, tools, materials, and interior and exterior finishing.
This certificate program is for people with no experience, or people currently working in construction who are interested in developing their skills and career opportunities. It does NOT earn you academic credit towards a degree.
